Job summary

Napster Corp in the United States is seeking a Delivery Manager to turn signed Statements of Work into delivered AI agent solutions. This non-technical PM role coordinates engineers, timelines, and client expectations to keep engagements on scope, on time, and on budget.

You will review SoWs, create execution plans, and manage Forward Deployed Engineers through sprint delivery, testing, and go-live, while maintaining strong client relationships and a clean handoff to Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Delivery Management, Engagement Management, Technical Project Management, or Professional Services within enterprise software or SaaS.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and on budget, ideally with AI, integrations, or custom software.
• Able to read and validate SoWs and architecture docs without coding.
• Strong client-facing communication and expectation management.
• Experience leading engineering teams or contractors through structured delivery (sprints, milestones, change control).
• Able to maintain a firm scope while preserving client relationships.

Responsibilities

• SoW Review & Handoff: validate effort estimates, staffing needs, and feasibility with Solutions Engineering.
• Delivery Project Management: project-manage Forward Deployed Engineers through build, testing, and deployment.
• Own client relationship during build with regular status updates and formal change orders.
• Coordinate UAT and go-live readiness and sign-off against acceptance criteria.
• Handoff & Continuity: stabilize post-launch and hand off to Customer Success; feed lessons learned.
