Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced AI/ML engineering leader to drive the delivery of large-scale AI initiatives. You will own design, development, and maintenance of AI-enabled solutions, ensuring reliability, scalability, and business impact across enterprise platforms.

You will mentor AI engineers and data scientists, collaborate with product, risk, legal, and audit teams, and advance CI/CD, testing, and observability practices in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced hands-on software engineering in Python with architectural oversight
• Experience leading AI/ML projects from requirements to production handoff
• Ability to translate complex business needs into scalable AI platform designs
• Strong ownership, accountability and cross-functional collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, testing, deployment, and support for production-grade AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions.
• Oversee complex problems with coding, debugging, testing, and structured design remediation.
• Integrate LLM, RAG, and agentic components into enterprise applications.
• Shape system design across service boundaries, data flows, security, and integrations.
• Drive delivery through planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.
