Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will drive delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination, enabling engineering teams to maximize flow and deliver high-quality AI-enabled products.

The role involves financial analysis, budgeting, and approvals for certifications, with collaboration across product, engineering, and business teams. A flexible, nationwide remote work model is offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordination with finance and the chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics to show outcomes.
