EY seeks a Project Manager to support strategic technology initiatives within the Americas OCTO. You will lead delivery planning, Agile execution, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products and platforms are delivered efficiently with high quality.

The role requires 5+ years in delivery leadership, strong PMO experience, and the ability to manage budgets, approvals, and stakeholder communications. Hybrid/remote options across the US are supported.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Aufgaben

• Lead delivery planning and Agile execution.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture and product teams.
