Job summary

EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. You will drive delivery planning, agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled products are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

You will work at the intersection of product, engineering, architecture, and business teams, manage budgets, approvals, and supplier onboarding, and report progress to stakeholders across EY.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinated closely with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for various EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers working with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
