EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO. The role focuses on delivering AI-enabled products, owning delivery planning, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure high quality outcomes.

You will conduct financial analysis, oversee budgets, and manage approvals for certifications while aligning with EY processes and PMO standards. A strong leadership and collaboration mindset is essential for success.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, management, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilidades

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordination with finance and the chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY required certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers working with legal on NDA and Supply Chain on Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans, dependencies, and release milestones with product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, feature releases, and adoption metrics, providing visibility into progress and business outcomes.
• Drive delivery predictability by monitoring sprint health, flow metrics, and team capacity.
• Identify and proactively remove delivery impediments across engineering, architecture, and product teams.
