Job summary

EY is recruiting a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within EY’s Americas OCTO. You will independently drive NDA, Independence, Risk Assessments, and other technical approvals while coordinating with product, engineering, and business teams to enable AI-enabled platforms.

The role emphasizes delivery planning, Agile execution, governance, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize flow and ensure high-quality outcomes across complex programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or delivery leadership experience.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting and governance.

Responsibilities

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordination with finance and chief strategy office.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies in alignment with PMO standards.
• Administer and maintain approvals for EY certifications.
• Onboard new suppliers with legal on NDA and Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support resource planning, governance activities and executive reporting.
• Support roadmap execution by aligning delivery plans and product priorities.
• Track product delivery milestones, releases, and adoption metrics.
