EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead strategic technology initiatives within the Americas Office of the CTO (OCTO). You will oversee delivery planning, agile execution, governance, and cross-functional coordination to ensure AI-enabled platforms are delivered efficiently and with high quality.

The role combines leadership across product, engineering, and business teams, focusing on budgeting, approvals, and supplier onboarding to support successful program outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, Scrum Master, or related delivery leadership roles.
• Experience with PMO processes, project reporting, governance, and stakeholder communications.

Responsabilités

• Financial planning and analysis of budget and coordinate with finance and CSO.
• Manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies per PMO standards.
• Administer approvals for EY required certifications.
• Onboard suppliers with legal on NDA and Procurement agreements.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of milestones.
• Support governance activities and executive reporting.
• Align delivery plans with product priorities and release milestones.
• Track milestones, releases, and adoption metrics to show progress.
