Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced engineering leader to drive AI/ML initiatives across large-scale, enterprise-grade solutions. You will own design, development, and delivery of AI-enabled infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and business impact.

The role requires hands-on Python expertise and strong leadership with cross-functional teams. You will guide multi-disciplinary teams through the full AI product lifecycle, from requirements to production handoff, working within EY’s hybrid

Qualifications

Degree in a technical field is required.
Minimum 6 years of applied engineering experience in AI/ML.
Ability to explain complex AI systems to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead design, development, testing, deployment and support for production-grade AI/ML and intelligent automation solutions.
Manage complex technical problems through coding, debugging and troubleshooting.
Oversee integration of LLM, RAG, and agentic components into enterprise apps.
Drive system design across services, data flows and security controls.
Coordinate workstreams and stakeholder communication for delivery.
