Job summary

GPI Enterprises Inc. is seeking an AI Delivery Lead Architect to own the end-to-end path from business problems to shipped AI products. You will shape what gets built, define done criteria, and ensure measurable value across architecture, delivery, and governance.

The role combines solution design with executive stakeholder negotiations, requiring strong depth in AI system design and delivery leadership in a hybrid work model with 15-20% on-site presence.

Qualifications

• Hands-on engineering or data experience.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or comparable enterprise AI platforms.
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks.
• Experience managing vendor relationships and negotiating commercial terms.
• Product-management experience or formal certification in Agile, PMP, or an architecture framework such as TOGAF.
• Experience building an AI delivery function from an early-stage or ad hoc state.

Responsibilities

• Demand Shaping and Prioritization: Run intake for AI use-case requests; assess value, feasibility, data readiness, and risk; maintain a prioritized roadmap.
• Solution Architecture: Define target architectures for AI products, including agent design, data flows, and platform selections; set standards and build-versus-buy decisions.
• Delivery Ownership: Own the full delivery lifecycle—scoping, estimation, sprint planning, risk management, release, and hypercare.
• Stakeholder and Governance Management: Act as primary interface for business sponsors; manage discovery sessions, reviews, and executive status reports.
• Value Realization: Define and track benefit metrics, optimize AI platform costs, and drive adoption with enablement teams.
