Job summary

GlobalLogic seeks a senior software/solution architect to drive AI-led acceleration for client engagements in the United States. You will partner with customer engineering, product, and executive teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks and implement AI-enabled delivery workstreams.

The role emphasizes deep domain knowledge, hands-on AI tooling, and governance for responsible AI, with opportunities to influence enterprise-scale projects and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must have 15+ years in software engineering, architecture, or related senior roles.
• Deep understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, product lifecycle and enterprise practices.
• Hands-on fluency with AI development tools and AI-enabled software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work with customer teams to identify SDLC bottlenecks and opportunities for AI-led acceleration.
• Design and deliver proofs using VelocityAI SDLC and modern AI tools.
• Move clients toward intent-driven delivery loops that generate plans, code, tests, and docs.
• Define and measure acceleration outcomes like cycle time reduction, faster story-to-code, and improved release readiness.
• Present technical approach and business impact to technical and executive audiences.
