Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps or MLOps practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of AI projects from initiation to deployment and review.
• Partner with Data Science, Engineering, Product, and Business Units to define scope and success criteria.
• Lead agile delivery processes including sprint planning, backlogs, and standups for AI teams.
• Translate complex AI topics into business value and report progress to executives.
• Identify and mitigate delivery risks related to data, security, or performance.
• Coordinate with third-party AI vendors and platform integrations (SageMaker, Azure AI, Vertex).
• Establish KPIs to track model adoption, ROI, and delivery efficiency.
• Support change enablement and training for AI-powered tools across departments.
