Zendesk seeks a Manager, Services Consulting to lead a regional Expert Services team in Austin and Madison. You will hire, coach, and retain consultants, drive delivery quality, and optimize staffing, utilization, and KPIs to improve customer adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Professional Services / Consulting in enterprise SaaS.
• 2+ years of people management leading customer-facing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the regional consulting team with hiring, coaching and retention.
• Own delivery performance across portfolio including staffing, design and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor staffing, utilization, capacity planning, and delivery KPIs; surface risks and remediation.
