Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Associate in the CDAO Strategy team to help shape the firm’s data and AI strategy and deliver strategy analyses for senior leaders. You will collaborate with stakeholders across functions to drive AI-enabled value and ensure responsible adoption of data practices.

The role emphasizes developing executive-ready materials, mentoring team members, and contributing to the firm’s strategic direction in financial services technology.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of strategy experience from a premier management consulting firm and/or another internal strategy group.
• Outstanding ability to analyze problems with quantitative and conceptual approaches.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.
• Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to lead strategy engagements and coach team members.
• Familiarity with AI and data concepts for engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-priority strategy projects to address complex problems at the forefront of data and AI in financial services.
• Develop and deliver executive-level strategy documents and analyses articulating AI/data priorities.
• Monitor industry trends and refine the firmwide AI and data strategy aligned with goals.
• Lead strategy project teams and coordinate with stakeholders across functions to gather insights.
• Provide coaching to strategy team members and foster a culture of excellence and innovation.
