Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager in the United States with a strong background in enterprise AI, data strategy, and governance. You’ll shape AI and data capabilities, work with executives to infuse AI into business processes, and lead large, global delivery teams to implement measurable value for clients.

Role emphasizes building client relationships, strategic roadmaps, and responsible AI practices while driving growth and operational excellence across industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in AI and Data Strategy.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data infusion into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth and competitive advantages.
• Assess maturity of an organization’s AI and Data strategy, talent, operating model, ways of working and data foundation.
• Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy (including revenue upside and cost-takeout opportunities).
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, plan ecosystem partnerships, and define operating model to foster innovation.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.
