Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to shape vision and drive AI-led transformations for clients across industries. You will help design data strategy, AI platforms, and responsible AI governance while building strong client relationships and leading complex delivery programs.

Travel up to 80% may be required as projects dictate. A Bachelor's degree and 4+ years in AI/data strategy or consulting are expected; a Master’s is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 4+ years AI & Data Strategy experience including Enterprise & Function-Specific Data Strategy, Talent Strategy, Value Case Development, Data Management, Data Analysis.
• 4+ years of high value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Shape vision and create opportunities for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and credibility as a trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data within business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth.
• Assess maturity of AI/Data strategy, talent, operating model and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to transform to an AI-first organization, including platform blueprint and operating model.
• Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver the strategy.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan for ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes, and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
