Job summary

Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Manager to shape and execute AI/data strategies, align with client goals, and lead large-scale transformations. You’ll work with senior leaders, craft roadmaps, and drive responsible AI initiatives across global teams.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, 5+ years in AI/data strategy and consulting, and strong program management and communication skills. Travel up to 80% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of AI and Data Strategy experience including data strategy, talent, value case, data management and governance.
• 5+ years of high-value consulting or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 5+ years of leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 5+ years of large-scale global delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for AI, GenAI and data-led reinvention.
• Build client relationships as trusted advisor on AI/data integration.
• Define and structure AI and data strategy for growth and competitive advantage.
• Assess maturity of AI/data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to become AI-first with tech and platform blueprints.
• Create business case, investment profile and roadmap for strategy realization.
• Infuse Responsible AI and plan ecosystem partnerships and operating model.
• Identify people, processes, and tech to develop and operationalize AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
