Accenture is seeking an AI & Data Strategy Consultant to help leading organizations reinvent their enterprise with AI and data-driven strategies. The role emphasizes shaping vision, building client credibility, and delivering scalable AI-first roadmaps across industries.

The candidate will drive responsible AI, partner ecosystems, and value-case development while managing complex delivery with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI and Data Strategy space including data strategy, talent strategy, value-case development, data management, data analysis, and roadmapping.
• 4+ years of high-value consulting experience or equivalent internal consulting experience.
• 4+ years of experience leading workstreams and meeting deadlines.
• 4+ years of large-scale delivery experience.

Responsibilities

• Shape vision for AI, GenAI and data-led business reinvention.
• Build client relationships and act as trusted advisor on AI, GenAI and data into business processes.
• Define and structure an organization’s AI and data strategy to build data assets and AI platforms.
• Assess maturity of AI and data strategy, talent, operating model, and data foundation.
• Define building blocks to convert to an AI-first organization including tech and platform blueprints.
• Create business cases and roadmaps to deliver on AI strategy with revenue upside and cost-takeout.
• Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap and plan ecosystem partnerships.
• Identify people, processes and technologies to develop AI solutions.
• Create strategy for AI-first products and commercialization opportunities.
