Job summary

Wwshemi is hiring an early-stage Account Executive to own relationships with AI labs from initial conversations through deal close and account growth. You will help customers access expert data services for model development and evaluation.

You will build relationships with frontier AI labs, understand needs across annotation and RL environments, and structure flexible agreements. You’ll join a founder-led team in a fast-moving setting and help drive growth.

Qualifications

• 2 to 10+ years of quota-carrying B2B sales experience.
• Proven success selling data products to AI labs.
• Experience at an AI data vendor and relationships with AI lab research, post-training, or data teams.
• Comfort with early-stage ambiguity and a founder-led working environment.
• Healthcare or clinical data exposure and enterprise AI sales experience are helpful.
• US work authorization valid for at least 24 months; TN, F-1 OPT or STEM OPT, and H-1B transfers accepted; new H-1B sponsorship not available.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with research, post-training, and data teams at frontier and emerging AI labs.
• Understand customer needs across expert annotation, reinforcement learning environments, evaluations, and expert talent.
• Structure agreements for customers with varied requirements and purchasing approaches.
• Close new business and grow customer relationships over time.
• Work directly with the founder in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
