Job summary

AvePoint is seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to evolve AI security innovations and drive ARR growth. You will lead go-to-market strategy, collaborate with a diverse cross-functional team, and shape messaging and assets for global audiences.

You will engage customers, partners, and analysts, develop market strategies, and mentor others in the marketing department. This role demands strategic thinking, collaboration, and strong storytelling across multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 5+ years product marketing experience in B2B technology, SaaS preferred.
• Background working with AI, DSPM, CSPM strongly preferred.
• Passion for AI and its impact on customers and work.
• Track record of launching products and leading GTM.
• Strong positioning and messaging skills; clear, simple messages.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute product launch initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Develop product positioning, packaging and pricing.
• Engage customers, partners, analysts with messaging on roadmap and innovation.
• Research target market, personas, and competitive landscape to develop segmentation and messaging maps.
• Elevate customer voice through councils, previews, surveys to inform roadmap.
• Provide strategy docs and assets for global plays, including brochures and decks.
• Track solution performance with metrics like ARR, attachment, and GRR.
