MiniMed is seeking a Builder Product Manager, AI & Data Science, hybrid based in Northridge, CA or Atlanta, GA, to own the last mile from problem framing to validated results. You will be measured by business impact, not just model delivery.

You will collaborate with business, data scientists, and data engineers to ensure solutions deliver ROI and value, while applying responsible-AI practices in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in data/analytics product management, data science, or related role.
• OR Advanced degree and 2+ years in the above field.
• Experience owning AI/ML or analytics initiatives to measured business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own the outcome for AI and data science initiatives from problem framing to business-validated ROI.
• Translate ambiguous business asks into solvable problems with well-framed scope.
• Drive feature and data-source ideation; re-scope when models underperform.
• Coordinate stakeholders, data scientists, and data engineers to move use cases forward.
• Validate models against business KPIs with measurable value.
• Provide leadership through influence in a cross-functional pod.
• Apply responsible-AI practices in a regulated medical-device environment.
