Job summary

Medecision is seeking an AI Product Builder to own end-to-end product delivery, from discovery through rollout, leveraging AI tools for rapid prototyping and MVPs. You’ll collaborate with engineering, analytics, and customer success to translate market needs into capabilities that improve member outcomes.

Role requires cross-functional leadership, adaptability, and a strong product mindset in a remote US-based environment reporting to the SVP of Product.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Product Manager/Owner or Business Analyst in healthcare IT or SaaS.
• Experience with Claude or similar AI tools.
• Strong communication and ability to translate customer needs into deliverables.
• Experience with BI dashboards (Tableau/Power BI/QuickSight) a plus.

Responsibilities

• AI-Enabled Product Ownership across the SDLC from discovery to rollout.
• Conduct user interviews and analyze feedback to identify pain points.
• Build functional mockups and early-stage features using AI tools.
• Ship ideas quickly to a live environment for user feedback.
• Analyze usage data to refine product functionality post-launch.
• Collaborate with founders, engineers, and designers across functions.
• Lead process improvements to speed delivery and quality.
• Follow HIPAA/HITRUST policies and security standards.
