Job summary

Lilt seeks an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead multilingual data programs powering AI language systems. You will coordinate global contributor networks and steer large-scale annotation, evaluation, and safety initiatives from kickoff through retrospective.

In this role you will manage end-to-end delivery, track KPIs, and bridge technical requirements to non-technical annotators while driving guideline updates and model fine-tuning strategies.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in AI or ML data operations.
• Experience with LLM training lifecycles and evaluation (e.g., RLHF, SFT).
• Advanced skills in spreadsheets and SQL for data analysis.
• Proven ability to apply Agile/Scrum/Kanban to multi-stream workflows.
• Clear written guidance for multilingual teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI data projects from kickoff to retrospective.
• Manage multilingual data collection pipelines across audio, text, and images.
• Track KPIs: throughput, accuracy, inter-annotator agreement, cost-per-task.
• Run QA loops, root-cause analysis, and corrective training for contributors.
• Coordinate with linguists and data specialists to meet localization accuracy.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable instructions for annotators.
