Job summary

LILT AI is seeking a data-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation initiatives. You will orchestrate global teams of annotators and data specialists, drive end-to-end delivery, and optimize workflows for productivity and quality.

Responsibilities include managing data pipelines, QA loops, KPI tracking, and cross-functional collaboration with Applied AI Ops teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in AI/ML data operations project management.
• Strong understanding of LLM pre-training, SFT, RLHF.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets; SQL for data analysis.
• Experience managing large data pipelines and annotator pools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end AI data projects from scoping to delivery.
• Manage large-scale multilingual data pipelines for text/audio/image data.
• Lead QA loops, root-cause analysis, and corrective training.
• Track KPIs: throughput, quality, productivity; report status to stakeholders.
• Maintain dashboards and coordinate global teams and SLAs.
• Translate technical requirements into clear guidelines for non-technical teams.
