Job summary

LILT is seeking a data‑driven Project Manager to lead global multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation initiatives. You will coordinate annotators and data specialists, drive end‑to‑end project delivery, and ensure quality and throughput across AI data operations.

In this role, you’ll partner with cross‑functional teams to translate technical requirements into actionable guidelines, implement Agile workflows, and monitor dashboards to optimize performance and timelines.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in AI/ML data operations.
• Strong understanding of LLM training processes (Pre‑training, SFT, RLHF) and evaluation methods.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to write SQL queries for data analysis.
• Proven track record using Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for multilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End delivery of AI data projects from scoping to post‑mortem analysis.
• Oversee multilingual data collection pipelines and LLM evaluation activities.
• Track KPI metrics: throughput, quality, and productivity; maintain dashboards.
