Job summary

LILT is seeking a data-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation initiatives. You will be the operational backbone, coordinating global teams of annotators and data specialists to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.

In this role you will optimize workflows for productivity, quality and throughput, build and maintain dashboards, and collaborate with the Applied AI Technical Ops teams to translate technical needs into actionable guidelines

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of project management experience in AI/ML data operations.
• Strong understanding of LLM training processes (Pre-training, SFT, RLHF) and evaluation methodologies.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; ability to write SQL queries to analyze performance data.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban to manage complex workflows.
• Excellent written communication for multilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: manage full lifecycle of AI data projects from scoping to delivery and post-mortem analysis.
• Pipeline Management: oversee multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation pipelines.
• Quality Assurance & Performance Monitoring: track KPIs, run QA loops, and maintain real-time dashboards.
