Job summary

LILT is seeking a data-driven Project Manager to lead large-scale multilingual data collection and LLM evaluation initiatives. You will orchestrate global teams of annotators and data specialists, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and efficient workflows.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in AI/ML project management, strong SQL and data-ops skills, and experience with Agile methodologies to drive productivity and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in AI/ML data operations.
• Strong understanding of LLM training (Pre-training, SFT, RLHF) and evaluation (HITL, red teaming).
• Advanced SQL and data analysis; proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies for complex workflows.
• Excellent ability to write clear guidelines for multilingual audiences.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of AI data projects from scoping to data delivery and post-mortem analysis.
• Oversee large-scale multilingual data pipelines for data collection and LLM evaluation.
• Track KPIs (throughput, quality, productivity); run QA loops and dashboarding for real-time insights.
• Coordinate with global data experts, crowd pools, and cross-functional teams to meet SLAs.
• Translate technical requirements into actionable guidelines for annotators; facilitate feedback loops.
