Qualifications

Proven track record of driving process improvement in regulated financial services.
Experience deploying AI/automation tools in an enterprise setting.
Ability to communicate with board and operational teams.

Responsibilities

Own enterprise process improvement agenda with AI-first approach.
Lead BA team to map and redesign end-to-end fund workflows.
Ensure AI-enabled processes while maintaining SOC controls and regulatory requirements.
Create and maintain a process catalogue to underpin automation decisions.
Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans.
Support AI use-case identification and prioritization.
