Job summary

Gen II is seeking a Head of AI, Data & Process Transformation to lead enterprise process improvements and AI adoption across operations. The role partners with technology, data, and commercial leadership to deliver measurable outcomes in a demanding financial services setting.

You will drive AI-enabled re-engineering from concept to deployment, establish governance, and champion practical AI adoption across teams while reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer.

Qualifications

• Proven track record driving process improvement in complex, regulated financial services environments.
• Strong understanding of operational workflows, esp. fund administration, asset management, or PE/alt investments.
• Experience deploying AI/automation tools in an enterprise setting.
• Ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels; capable of board communication and delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management across senior leadership, operations, and technology.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to translate problems into actionable plans.
• Self-starter with high accountability; takes ownership and delivers.
• Experience with enterprise AI platforms (Claude Enterprise, document intelligence, workflow automation).
• Background in management consulting, transformation, or operational excellence in financial services.
• Familiarity with fund administration platforms and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise process improvement agenda with AI/Tech First approach to reduce costs, improve quality, and speed delivery.
• Lead a team of BAs to map and redesign end-to-end workflows across fund operations by priority.
• Ensure AI/tech-first adoption while maintaining SOC controls and regulatory requirements.
• Create and maintain a process catalogue to underpin automation and AI decisions.
• Quantify inefficiencies with tech/ops teams and drive adoption of new ways of working.
• Translate strategic priorities into structured delivery plans with platform owners.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across CX, productivity, and service quality.
• Design and present target state processes with KPIs evidencing impact.
