Accela, Inc. seeks a Head of AI Strategy & Operations to drive enterprise AI strategy, governance, and responsible adoption across the company.

You will align priority investments with business goals, set practical standards, and provide executives with clear progress, cost, and risk visibility. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, Security, Legal, Privacy, HR, Finance, and other leaders to deliver measurable results while maintaining ownership within each function.

Competenze

• 6+ years in AI or technology strategy with leadership of multi-team programs.
• Experience establishing enterprise AI governance and standards.
• Practical experience with LLMs, retrieval, agents, workflow automation, and AI eval.

Mansioni

• Shape ACCELA's enterprise AI strategy and investment priorities.
• Define governance, risk categories, and approval criteria.
• Translate legal and policy obligations into security and data-use requirements.
• Maintain portfolio visibility of AI initiatives and tools.
• Lead collaboration with product, security, IT, and legal.
• Measure adoption, outcomes, and cost with executive scorecards.
