Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of software or data engineering experience.
• 7+ years of full-stack enterprise application development.
• 7+ years with enterprise frameworks.
• 7+ years of relational database experience.
• 7+ years of RESTful API or microservices experience.
• 2+ years architecting platforms powered by AI/ML models.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to drive AI/data transformation across CBRE Advisory.
• Spearhead engineering and data platforms delivering high-impact software and data applications.
• Lead by CBRE RISE values and influence managers and colleagues.
• Identify and solve complex multi-dimensional problems leveraging internal/external resources.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define a strategy and roadmap maximizing ROI.
• Drive forward-looking data strategy improving client and business outcomes.
• Manage complex systems and act as technical lead on critical engagements.
• Engage clients and strategic partners on system and data integration.
