Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to own the Advisory data management platform, partnering with the Research team to embed their data needs into the product roadmap. You’ll redefine architecture and workflows, driving data velocity, quality, and AI integration to enable faster insights.

You will lead a scrum team, write acceptance criteria, conduct user research, and translate strategy into actionable development plans while reporting to business and D&T leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the advisory data management platform: set the roadmap and vision for how the platform ingests, manages, and delivers data, and sequence what to build and why.
• Partner with the Research team on a day-to-day basis, embedding their needs and workflows into the platform and translating their data requirements into product direction.
• Redefine how the platform operates to support a futuristic way of working, rethinking architecture, workflows, and data delivery rather than iterating on the status quo.
• Evaluate and lead how AI is incorporated into the platform, with a focus on improving data velocity and data quality.
• Lead a scrum team in delivery: write sharp user stories and acceptance criteria, groom the backlog, lead refinement sessions, and participate in daily scrum meetings, demos, and rollout.
• Drive product discovery alongside UX partners. Conduct user research, run feedback sessions, and champion the end-user perspective in every decision.
• Translate strategy into execution by collaborating with Engineering, turning product requirements into buildable plans.
• Define and deliver specific product implementations end-to-end, from problem framing through launch and measurement.
• Represent your product to business leadership and D&T leadership with crisp updates and link day-to-day work to strategic goals.
• Spot problems before blockers: identify risks, resolve issues, and communicate with clarity when it matters.
• Model CBRE RISE values on your team and in cross-functional interactions: lead by example, build trust fast, bring people along.
