Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Software Engineer to shape the future of technology in CRE. You will design, develop, and implement software solutions powering our platforms, and apply AI/ML, data, and analytics to deliver enhanced client outcomes and competitive advantage.

You will work in a cross-functional global team across the full SDLC, delivering high-quality, scalable software with modern engineering practices, CI/CD, and strong collaboration with product and design.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
1–3 years of relevant work experience.
At least 1 year of experience in the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
At least 1 year of experience in full-stack software development using Java technologies such as Java Spring Boot.
At least 1 year of experience in one of the Cloud Technologies of AWS, GCP, or Azure.
At least 1 year of experience in database development like SQLServer, PostgresDB, Oracle, etc.
At least 1 year of experience with RESTful APIs or Microservices.
Knowledge of Data Science fundamentals and Data Engineering.

Responsibilities

Execute the full SDLC to build high-quality, innovative software.
Participate in feature development from exploration through release with robust code, documentation, and testing.
Apply engineering principles to troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, including AI/ML integration.
