Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Product Manager for the Advisory Data & Research team to own the data management platform end-to-end. You will work closely with the Research team to translate data requirements into product direction, and collaborate with UX designers and engineering to deliver high-impact data products.

You will redefine platform operations for a modern, AI-enabled data platform, lead a scrum team, and communicate updates to business and D&T leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Product Management, Strategy, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience leading agile/scrum teams and fluency with rituals: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, demos.
• Direct experience owning or managing a data platform, data product, or data management system.
• Familiarity with applying AI or machine learning to data problems.
• Understanding of data quality and governance concepts: accuracy, lineage, completeness, and trust.
• Experience in Commercial Real Estate is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Own the Advisory data management platform: set the roadmap and vision for how the platform ingests, manages, and delivers data, and sequence what to build and why.
• Partner with the Research team on a day-to-day basis, embedding their needs and workflows into the platform.
• Redefine how the platform operates to support a futuristic way of working, rethinking architecture, workflows, and data delivery.
• Evaluate and lead how AI is incorporated into the platform to improve data velocity and data quality.
• Lead a scrum team in delivery: write sharp user stories and acceptance criteria, groom the backlog, run refinement sessions, and participate in daily scrums.
• Drive product discovery alongside UX partners, conduct user research, and champion end-user perspective.
