Job summary

Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Head of AI & Data Platform Engineering to lead the Specialty Distribution Data and AI Engineering function. The role focuses on strategy, governance, and delivering enterprise-grade data and AI products that improve decision-making, performance, and customer experience.

You will partner across security, analytics, and engineering to drive modern cloud data platforms and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in data engineering, AI, analytics platforms, software engineering, or technology leadership.
• Proven experience working with Director, VP, and C-suite stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Demonstrated success leading data, AI, engineering, or platform teams at scale.
• Experience managing large technology budgets, vendor relationships, and roadmaps.
• Deep experience delivering data and AI solutions with measurable business value.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Specialty Distribution Data strategy and roadmaps.
• Build and lead a best-practice data and AI engineering operating model.
• Oversee design, build, optimization, and support of modern data pipelines and platforms.
• Drive SDLC, CI/CD, IaC, and DevSecOps practices across the data/AI stack.
• Lead AI engineering and product delivery, including governance and responsible AI.
• Deliver data and AI initiatives from concept to production with executive alignment.
