Job summary

Tampa Electric Company seeks a Sr Dir Data & AI Strategy to lead AI, data, and governance capabilities across the enterprise. You will shape strategy, build a governed data foundation, and partner with governance boards to balance risk with innovation.

Qualifications

Requires 10 years of progressive experience in data, analytics, AI/ML, technology strategy, and enterprise transformation.
Experience in a utility or critical infrastructure environment preferred.
Familiarity with NERC CIP, CEII, SOX, and rate-regulated cost recovery.

Responsibilities

Builds and leads the AI pillar with end-to-end delivery from intake to production.
Develops enterprise AI and data strategy and multi-year roadmap.
Leads the Data pillar and builds the AI-enabled data foundation for the enterprise.
Leads governance for AI and data, ensuring compliance with policy, risk, and cybersecurity.
