Lead a team of data scientists, engineers, and analysts; drive enterprise data platforms, analytics, and automation to enhance decision making and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Science or related field; master’s preferred.
• 12+ years in data analytics, AI/ML, or automation in life sciences/healthcare/manufacturing.
• 8+ years of cross-functional team leadership.
• Experience building data warehouses or data marketplaces.
• Strong knowledge of ERP/CRM/QMS/LIMS/HRIS.
• Excellent communication with executives and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute AI and data management strategy across the enterprise.
• Lead a team of data scientists, DBAs, AI/ML and automation engineers.
• Oversee project intake and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Oversee data governance and compliance (CSV, SOX, GxP).
• Develop BI/analytics roadmap for predictive insights for the C-suite.
