Job summary

AMD in Temple, TX is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead engineering initiatives and manage AI Data Center deployments from concept to execution. You will drive validation, optimization, and customer enablement while aligning schedules and resources across teams.

The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, requiring strong communication with engineering and executive stakeholders and discipline in project artifacts, risk planning, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field with PM emphasis.
• Formal Project Management education; PMP certification is a plus.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional hardware/software projects.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive projects and project plans under guidance.
• Develop project schedules considering hardware/software dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end cluster development, including procurement and readiness.
• Collaborate across teams to remove gaps and prevent delays.
• Maintain Plan of Record, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
