Job summary

AMD is seeking a Technical Software Program Manager to orchestrate complex Data Center CPU and Enterprise AI software programs. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and business units to ensure timely, high-quality releases across platforms.

You will drive cross-functional planning, manage risks, and influence stakeholders without direct reports while aligning roadmaps with AMD's CPU, GPU, and AI accelerators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
• Experience leading multi-site engineering programs and cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills, able to influence executives and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end software release execution for SDKs, software suites, and integrated SW solutions.
• Lead cross-functional release planning with software architects and product management.
• Coordinate release readiness through core team meetings and executive updates.
• Report software execution status and risks to senior leadership with mitigation plans.
• Manage software-related escalations and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Align software roadmaps with AMD technology roadmaps and migration strategies for customers.
