Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices in Temple, TX seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead AI Data Center deployments from concept to execution. You will manage validation, optimization, and customer enablement across hardware, firmware, and software with cross-functional collaboration and rigorous schedules.

You will define plans, manage risks, and maintain project artifacts while driving efficiency and stakeholder updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering.
Formal Project Management education; PMP certification/designation is a plus.
Experience leading integrated hardware‑software system projects.

Responsibilities

Define, plan, and drive projects and project plans.
Develop project schedules considering dependencies and staffing.
Manage end‑to‑end cluster development cycle: forecasting, sourcing, procurement, readiness.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define dependencies and prevent delays.
Maintain the Plan of Record and hold teams accountable for deliverables.
Establish, enforce, and refine processes for operational efficiency.
Provide concise updates to executives and engineering teams.
Build and maintain project artifacts (Plan of Record, SOWs, timelines, budget, KPIs).
Plan for risks and drive issue resolution to optimize costs.
Communicate milestones and progress to stakeholders.
