Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• Formal Project Management education; PMP certification/designation is a plus.
• Experience leading integrated hardware-software projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, plan, and drive projects based on management guidance.
• Develop project schedules considering hardware/firmware/software dependencies.
• Manage end-to-end cluster development, including forecasting, sourcing, procurement, and readiness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define dependencies and prevent delays.
• Maintain Plan of Record and ensure accountability for deliverables.
• Establish and refine processes for operational efficiency.
• Provide concise updates to executives and engineering teams.
• Create and maintain project artifacts (Plan of Record, SOWs, timelines, budget, scope, KPIs).
• Plan for risks and drive issue resolution to reduce engineering costs.
• Communicate milestones and progress to stakeholders.
