Job summary

Applied Digital in the Harwood/Fargo area is seeking an IT Support professional to assist and support our personnel technology base, onboarding new hires, and setting up facilities. Travel is expected to be less than 10% and work includes remote user support.

You will handle helpdesk tickets, configure devices, manage Windows 11, Microsoft 365, AD, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and contribute to IT initiatives while collaborating with Corporate IT Director and teams nationwide.

Qualifications

• Install, configure and repair PC/Laptops/Mobile Devices.
• Strong experience with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 Suite.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management and AD.
• Networking basics including DNS and DHCP, client VPN.
• Excellent communication and customer-service oriented approach.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt across time zones.
• ITIL and ServiceNow experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Helpdesk tickets resolution and timely responses.
• Handle IT assets and maintain documentation.
• Configure system settings and troubleshoot.
• Install and maintain laptops and related devices.
• Prepare purchase requests for new devices.
• Support automation initiatives.
