Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly consultative Critical Infrastructure Solutions Engineer to advise OEM customers and partners deploying AI infrastructure across data centers and edge environments. The role bridges engineering and sales, designing power, cooling, racks, PDUs, and integrated rack solutions.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in data center infrastructure, with experience working with Dell, HPE, Lenovo, Supermicro, NVIDIA ecosystem partners, hyperscalers, and enterprise operators,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in the data center industry or related environment.
• Experience with OEMs, data center infrastructure vendors, and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for OEM and enterprise customers evaluating AI infrastructure deployments.
• Lead customer-facing technical discussions, workshops, and whiteboarding sessions.
• Partner with sales to translate requirements into tailored infrastructure strategies.
• Engage CIO/CTO and IT leadership to align solutions with business goals.
• Support greenfield and brownfield AI data center deployments.
