TrueNet Communications is seeking an AI ISP Data Center Engineer to design and implement high-density data center infrastructure, including rack elevations, cabling plans, power, cooling, and security boundaries, with emphasis on AI/HPC deployments and NVIDIA/NVIDIA platforms.

You will interpret specifications from customers and OEMs, prepare BOMs, MOPs, and as-built documentation, and deliver scalable, standards‑compliant engineering packages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in OSP/ISP, telecommunications engineering, data center infrastructure, structured cabling, or network deployment.
• CCNA or comparable networking certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop detailed engineering designs for transport/access networks, Central Offices, Huts, Cabinets, and AI data centers, including equipment layouts and rack elevations.
• Engineer high‑density AI/HPC rack and cage infrastructure, including GPU cluster connectivity and compute/storage fabrics.
• Support AI platform deployments (e.g., Lenovo NVIDIA GB300 NVL72) addressing rack-scale connectivity, cooling, and power distribution.
• Interpret network diagrams, site surveys, customer specifications, and OEM documentation to determine equipment placement and installation procedures.
• Prepare engineering packages including diagrams, BOMs, MOPs, test plans, and installation instructions.
• Design copper and fiber infrastructure (LC, MPO/MTP, OSFP/QSFP, Cat6A) and demarcation extensions per standards.
• Conduct site surveys and validate rack capacity, power, airflow, and serviceability for scalable designs.
• Coordinate with customers, network architects, OEM vendors, data center operators, and field teams throughout engineering, deployment, and turn‑up.
• Provide technical support during installation, resolve issues, and maintain as‑built documentation.
• Manage multiple engineering assignments, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with standards.
