Computacenter seeks a Solution Architect – Fiber & Structured Cabling for AI data centers in the US. You will design high-density fiber and cabling solutions enabling scalable GPU clusters and advanced networking in hyperscale environments.

You will lead technical discovery, develop BOMs, and coordinate with customers, engineering, and partners to ensure execution-ready designs across large deployments.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience designing fiber, structured cabling, or physical network infrastructure in data centers.

Aufgaben

• Lead technical discovery and architecture for fiber and structured cabling solutions for AI data center programs.
• Translate requirements into physical layer designs, BOMs, and implementation specs.
• Design high-density fiber architectures for GPU clusters, Ethernet/InfiniBand, and storage networks.
• Develop rack-to-rack, row, zone, meet-me-room, backbone, and cross-connect cabling architectures.
• Coordinate with OEMs and partners to validate interoperability and roadmaps.
