Qualifications

• BS or MS in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in high‑tech electronics in a system design or technical customer support role.
• Strong knowledge of servers, storage, network devices, and data center hardware.
• Excellent written and spoken English with cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
• Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products supporting sales accounts.
• Build relationships with customer engineers, management, and architects.
• Identify architectures and key product requirements in the enterprise AI market.
• Deliver technical and sales training to direct sales and channel partners.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments.
