NVIDIA Corporation is seeking an experienced Field Applications Engineer to support large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI computing systems on site. You will partner with sales and engineering teams to deliver end-to-end AI datacenter solutions and resolve complex hardware and deployment issues.

The role requires a BS/MS in engineering or related fields, 8+ years in high-tech electronics, and strong networking, GPU, and Linux knowledge.

Qualifications

Bachelor or master in engineering, physics, or CS
8+ years in high-tech electronics in a system design or technical support role
Deep knowledge of servers, storage, network devices, and data center hardware
Ability to multitask and work in evolving environments
Strong analytical, problem-solving and time-management skills
Excellent written and spoken English, able to collaborate with execs and engineers

Responsabilités

Provide onsite support for large datacenter deployments of NVIDIA AI solutions.
Resolve complex hardware and deployment issues.
Serve as a technical specialist on GPU and networking products for account teams.
Establish technical relationships with customer engineers, management and architects.
Identify customer architectures and key product requirements in enterprise AI market.
Provide technical and sales training to direct sales team and partners.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful deployments.
