Job summary

Coretek is seeking a Business Analyst (Data & AI) to bridge business stakeholders with technical teams. You will translate opportunities for AI, analytics, automation, and data insights into actionable requirements for engineers and architects.

You will lead discovery sessions, document current-state processes, and help clients implement measurable improvements while aligning with strategic goals and KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and process analysis.
• Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and lead discovery sessions.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
• Document current-state processes, workflows, systems, and decisions.
• Analyze operations to identify inefficiencies and opportunities.
• Develop process maps, user journeys, and business capability models.
• Identify opportunities for AI, data analytics, automation, and optimization.
• Collaborate with solution architects and engineers to translate needs into requirements.
• Support testing, acceptance, and change management activities.
