Job summary

Coretek-Services is seeking a Business Analyst (Data & AI) to bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. You will translate opportunities in data, analytics, automation, and AI into actionable requirements for solution architects and developers.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
3–7 years of BA/Process Analyst experience.
Experience documenting requirements, workflows, and business processes.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders.
Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

Lead workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions with executive, operational, and technical stakeholders.
Document current-state business processes, workflows, systems, and decision-making activities.
Analyze operations to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop process maps, workflow diagrams, user journeys, and business capability models.
Translate business needs into actionable requirements for data engineers and AI teams.
Support solution planning and delivery, including testing and change management.
