Job summary

NTT DATA's Dallas-based client seeks a seasoned Business Analysis Advisor to elicit and document requirements for AI, analytics, and automation, bridging business and technical teams. You will convert business needs into functional specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and serve as a liaison among business, AI/ML, product, and engineering groups.

Qualifications

8+ years of experience as a Business/Systems Analyst in tech environments.
3+ years in AI/ML concepts, analytics workflows, and digital platforms.
5+ years across the product development lifecycle from requirements to post-implementation support.
Strong ability to translate complex processes into functional/technical requirements.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across levels.
